Great guy— even better service! I came in with an emergency while Bob was already busy, he stopped what he was doing to help me. He got everything taken care of with my car and the emissions center in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Nice guys. Pricey for the area. Passed emissions. Extra unauthorized repairs? No receipt available - paid cash , over $1700.00 . Said they would email receipt with brake down. Waiting- Drive car 190 miles, I know you have to drive it for computer to reset..but passed emissions two days before calling me to pick it up. Empty gas tank-lol and mint wrappers and peanuts on the floor. Their overhead garage door was damaged and they had to get the neighboring business guys to prop it up. Overall impression? Honestly - if the work is good, and the guys are nice, I'd return 😎👍 I've only had the car home for a few hours. Appreciate you Bob, next time I need repair I'll give ya another shot. Send that invoice with warranty via email when you can-

Bob’s Garage is hands down the best auto shop around! I can’t say enough good things about Bob and his team. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that customer care is his top priority. Bob doesn’t just fix cars—he takes the time to explain what’s going on, lays out the options, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. What really sets Bob apart is his honesty and dedication. He treats your car like it’s his own, and you never feel like you’re being upsold on something you don’t need. The work is always top-notch, done right the first time, and at a fair price. It’s rare to find a mechanic who combines skill, integrity, and genuine care for people, but that’s exactly what you get at Bob’s Garage. If you want an auto shop you can truly trust, look no further—Bob is simply the best there is!

I called Bobs garage to set up an appointment to drop my car off after multiple DIY attempts to reset my monitors to pass emission. Bob not only walked me through the test over the phone, he saved me the trip to IL and the diagnosis & monitor reset fee! He fixed my problem over the phone, was so courteous & professional! Bob, you are AMAZING!!! THE BEST!!! My girl, Maximus Grace, passed emissions and is back to enjoying her freedom to fly & feel the curves of the road! Thank you so much!!!!! <3
